SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide:
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner areas: 1-2 business days
- Other provinces: 2-5 business days
- Remote areas: 5-7 business days
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated by region:
- Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City inner areas: 30,000 VND
- Other provinces: 50,000 - 100,000 VND
- Free shipping for orders over 500,000 VND
3. Delivery Process
- Order confirmation via phone/email
- Packing and preparation
- Handover to shipping carrier
- Tracking number sent to customer
- Doorstep delivery
4. Inspection
Please inspect the goods before payment and signing. If there are any issues with quality or quantity, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
