1.1. Price and Product Structure Setup
Set up and update product prices according to business strategy.
Configure combo programs, bulk purchase offers, and gift-with-purchase deals.
1.2. Build and Implement Promotional Programs
Register and monitor platform promotional programs.
Create discount codes, vouchers, flash sales, and internal campaigns by phase.
1.3. Customer Management and Care
Reply to messages and respond to customer reviews on the platform.
Handle complaints, returns and ensure good shopping experience for customers.
1.4. Daily Order Coordination
Track order status, work with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure delivery schedule.
Resolve issues related to returned, wrong, or missing orders.
1.5. Store Content and Decoration Management
Update product information, write descriptions, categorize products.
Design or coordinate banner, cover photo, product image design for each campaign.
1.6. Advertising and Livestream Operations Management
Monitor and optimize platform advertising budget and effectiveness.
Plan and coordinate livestream and re-live activities on platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, etc.
Support content creation, gifts, and game activities during live if needed.
1.7. Working Hours
Work from Monday to Friday and Saturday morning weekly
