Job Description
Factory Accountant responsible for tracking goods and materials inventory; entering daily production data.
Job Details
1.1. Tracking & Data Entry
Track and execute daily goods import/export at factory warehouse.
Enter quantities of semi-finished and finished products into the system.
Enter materials and supplies received for production into the system.
1.2. Inventory & Reporting
Perform inventory and reconcile import/export data between warehouse keeper and accountant.
Prepare inventory reports and monthly import/export balance reports.
Reconcile actual inventory counts with the system.
Job Requirements
College/University graduate in Accounting, Finance
At least 2 years experience in warehouse accounting, production accounting
Proficient in office computing (Excel)
Experience with accounting software is an advantage
Good data consolidation and reconciliation skills
Careful, honest, responsible
Candidates with manufacturing company experience preferred
