Job Description
R&D Staff responsible for researching and developing new products from idea conception to launch.
Job Details
1.1. Product Development
Plan and implement from raw material procurement, preparation, testing, evaluation, formula creation, norms to product launch.
Ensure products comply with laws and state food safety regulations.
1.2. Market Research
Participate in market research, analyze consumer trends to propose suitable new products.
Update knowledge and new technologies in the food industry.
1.3. Cross-Department Coordination
Coordinate with other departments (procurement, production, QC, marketing…) to bring products to market.
Job Requirements
At least 6 months – 1 year experience in similar work
