Quality Management &amp; Control<\/strong><br \/>\nDevelop work instructions and inspection plans, and supervise the activities of the QC department.<br \/>\nManage teams responsible for incoming raw material inspection, finished product inspection, physicochemical and microbiological testing, and production audits.<br \/>\nReview, supervise, and validate quality control results in accordance with established requirements.<br \/>\n<strong>1.2. Quality System Management<\/strong><br \/>\nDevelop, implement, and maintain quality management programs.<br \/>\nOrganize periodic assessments of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and other relevant certification systems.<br \/>\nCoordinate with relevant departments to prepare documents and records for audits and customer requirements.<br \/>\n<strong>1.3. Quality Issue Resolution &amp; Improvement<\/strong><br \/>\nCoordinate the resolution of quality issues and abnormality reports related to products.<br \/>\nPropose corrective and preventive actions to minimize risks and potential losses for the Company.<br \/>\nAdvise the Management Board on matters related to product quality.<br \/>\n<strong>1.4.
