In late July 2026, Ha Long Canfoco organized a factory tour for representatives of 10 distributors from various provinces and cities. The visit provided partners with an opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the factory facilities, production lines, quality control system, and changes implemented following the review process.

Reviewing and Improving Production Conditions

During the program, distributors toured the factory and held discussions with the Company’s management and technical team about production operations, supply plans, and quality control measures.

According to information shared during the visit, various facilities and equipment had been repaired and upgraded to meet operational requirements. The production layout had also been reorganized to provide clearer functional areas, more efficient movement flows, and better compliance with hygiene requirements throughout the production process.

In addition, monitoring and quality control equipment had been installed in selected areas to help improve operational stability.

Strengthening Raw Material and Production Process Controls

Incoming raw material management is one of the key areas Ha Long Canfoco has focused on reviewing as part of its production resumption process.

Supplier selection, evaluation, and monitoring are carried out based on criteria relating to legal documentation, raw material quality, traceability, transportation conditions, and food safety hazard control requirements.

At the factory, responsibilities across departments involved in raw material receiving, production, and quality inspection have been more clearly defined. Critical stages are monitored through records, control procedures, and appropriate monitoring tools to minimize risks and support traceability throughout the production process.

The factory tour provided distributors with a more concrete basis for observing and assessing the changes made at the factory, rather than relying solely on information provided in documents.

Focusing on People and Process Compliance

Alongside improvements to its facilities and technical procedures, Ha Long Canfoco has also provided training and updated employees’ knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and workplace requirements.

In food manufacturing, compliance with procedures depends on coordination across multiple roles. Accordingly, the Company has focused on clarifying responsibilities and providing role-specific guidance and training to ensure that requirements are applied consistently throughout operations.

During the meeting, Ha Long Canfoco’s management representatives also held direct discussions with distributors about production operations, supply capacity, and issues of concern to the distribution network.

Gradually Rebuilding Trust Through Concrete Actions

For distributors, the factory tour provided an opportunity to observe firsthand the production conditions, quality control procedures, and factory workforce operations following the period of disruption.

Ha Long Canfoco recognizes that restarting production is only the first step toward stabilizing its operations. The Company stated that it would continue engaging with its distribution network, listening to market feedback, and focusing on maintaining quality standards, food safety, and supply stability.

The changes to the operating system are expected to be demonstrated through actual production performance, product quality, and the stability of the Company’s operations over time.
