1. ELIGIBILITY:

• All Vietnamese citizens and foreign nationals legally residing in Vietnam who are 18 years of age or older (as of the date of contest registration).

• Participants under 18 must obtain consent from a legal guardian (a parent or a family member aged 18 or older) and provide valid identification (ID card, citizen identification card, or passport) when claiming a prize.

2. CONTEST TIMELINE:

• Submission period: From 12:00 PM on June 28, 2024, through July 28, 2024.

• Voting and scoring period: From 12:00 PM on June 28, 2024, to 12:00 PM on July 30, 2024.

• Results announcement: 2:00 PM on August 1, 2024.

3. CONTEST REQUIREMENTS

A valid entry must include two components:

3.1. Photo Submission:

• At least 01 photo featuring Halong Canfoco’s Heo 2 Lát product, capturing a moment such as preparing a family meal or making food for a picnic.

• Photo quality: Clear, high-quality images in one of the following formats: .JPG, .JPEG, or .PNG.

• File size must not exceed 8 MB.

• The photo must feature a box of Halong Canfoco’s Heo 2 Lát product.

• If the submitted photo includes other individuals, participants must obtain their consent to participate in the contest and ensure compliance with all applicable contest rules.

3.2. Written Content:

• One short piece of text accompanying the photo, such as a review or personal impressions of Halong Canfoco’s Heo 2 Lát product.

• The submission must be original, newly written content that has not been copied, previously published on any media channel, or entered into any other contest.

4. HOW TO ENTER

• Step 1: Submit your entry to the Organizing Committee via the following form: https://forms.gle/pUSnWrq41tAkyqXh6

• Step 2: After receiving the entry, the Organizing Committee will review it and publish eligible submissions on the Ha Long Canned Food Facebook fanpage. Eligible entries will be published within 48 hours of receipt via the form.

• Step 3: Like the Ha Long Canned Food Facebook fanpage. The Organizing Committee will send you the link to your published entry. Share it with friends and family and encourage them to view and interact with your entry to increase your chances of winning.

Notes:

• The Organizing Committee accepts entries only through the official form. Entries submitted through other channels will be considered invalid.

• Each participant may submit an unlimited number of entries. If a participant submits multiple entries, only their highest-scoring entry will be considered for prize eligibility.

• View contest entries under the hashtag #Heo2lat_HalongCanfoco.

5. SCORING AND PRIZE ALLOCATION

5.1. Contest entries will be scored according to the following formula:

Total Score = 0.5 * VotS + 0.5 * OrgS

• VotS (Voting Score) is the total number of likes, comments, and shares (maximum 100 points).

• OrgS (Organizer Score) is the score decided by the Organizing Committee based on 2 criteria: (1) Quality of the entry photo. (2) Accompanying content of the entry photo.

• Special Prize: Awarded to the entry with the highest total score.

  • Quantity: 01

  • Gift: 01 Air fryer, valued at up to 1,699,000 VND

• First Prize: Awarded to the entry with the second-highest total score.

  • Quantity: 01

  • Gift: 01 Electric hot pot & grill with 3 trays, valued at up to 999,000 VND

• Second Prize: Awarded to the entry with the third-highest total score.

  • Quantity: 01

  • Gift: 01 Handheld smoothie blender, valued at up to 599,000 VND

• Favorite Prize: Awarded to entries with high interaction counts and popularity.

  • Quantity: 10

  • Gift: 5 cans of Heo 2 Lat per prize (05 cans each), valued at up to 199,000 VND

Note: In the event of a tie, the prize will be awarded to the entry submitted earlier.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

Responsibilities of the Organizing Committee:

• Receive, review, and publish entries on the Ha Long Canned Food – Ha Long Canfoco J.S.C. Facebook fanpage within 48 hours of submission.

• Ensure the confidentiality of participants’ personal information, including phone numbers, email addresses, and residential addresses.

• Ensure that the contest is conducted fairly and transparently for all participants.

Rights of the Organizing Committee:

• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject or remove entries suspected of fraud or found to violate the contest rules.

• Use participants’ images and information for communication and promotional purposes without prior notice or any additional cost.

• For any issues arising before, during, or after the contest that are not covered by the existing rules, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to discuss and determine appropriate solutions. Where necessary, it may amend or supplement the contest rules to suit actual circumstances without prior notice to or consent from participants.

• In the event of any dispute, the Organizing Committee’s decision shall be final.

7. RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS OF PARTICIPANTS

Responsibilities of Participants:

• Comply with all rules and regulations established by the Organizing Committee.

• Ensure honesty and refrain from any fraudulent behavior throughout the contest. In cases of fraud, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify the participant and invalidate their results.

Rights of Participants:

• Receive guidance and support, and have eligible entries accepted and published.

• Receive prizes in accordance with the rules established by the Organizing Committee.
