RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE “ENJOY EVERY MOMENT WITH HAI PHONG LAMP POST PÂTÉ” CONTEST

1. ELIGIBILITY

• All Vietnamese citizens and foreign nationals legally residing in Vietnam who are aged 16 or older as of the registration date are eligible to participate.
• Participants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a legal guardian (parent or family member aged 18 or older). They must also provide valid identification (National ID card, Citizen ID card, or passport) when claiming a prize.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

• Submission period: From 8:00 PM on April 21, 2023, to 11:59 PM on May 12, 2023.
• Voting and scoring period: From 8:00 PM on April 21, 2023, to 3:00 PM on May 16, 2023.
• Results announcement: 8:00 PM on May 18, 2023.

3. CONTEST ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A valid entry must consist of two parts:

3.1. Photo

• At least one photo capturing a moment with Halong Canfoco’s Hai Phong Lamp Post Pâté during an outing, picnic, or trip.
• Photos must be clear and of good quality, in one of the following formats: .JPG, .JPEG, or .PNG.
• Each photo must not exceed 8 MB.
• The entry photo must feature Halong Canfoco’s Lamp Post Pâté product.
• If the photo includes other individuals, participants must obtain their consent for the use of their images in the contest and ensure compliance with the contest rules.

3.2. Written Content

• A short piece of original content accompanying the photo, such as personal impressions of Halong Canfoco’s Hai Phong Lamp Post Pâté.
• The written content must be original, must not be copied, and must not have been previously published on any media channel or submitted to any other contest, whether ongoing or completed.

4. HOW TO ENTER

• Step 1: Submit your entry to the Organizing Committee via the registration form: https://forms.gle/vScm5mdFb4PnMSj4A
• Step 2: Upon receiving an entry, the Organizing Committee will review it and publish eligible entries on the Ha Long Canned Food fanpage. Entries will be published within 48 hours of the receipt of a valid submission via the form.
• Step 3: Like the fanpage at https://facebook.com/canfoco, obtain the link to your published entry from the Organizing Committee, and encourage friends and family to view and interact with your entry to increase your chances of winning.

NOTES

• The Organizing Committee accepts entries submitted exclusively through the registration form. Entries submitted through other channels will be considered invalid.
• There is no limit to the number of entries per participant. For participants who submit multiple entries, only the entry with the highest final score will be considered for the prize.

5.2 Prize Structure

• Special Prize: Awarded to the entry with the highest total score.

  • In the event of a tie, the prize will be awarded to the entry submitted earlier.

  • Quantity: 01

  • Gift: A 2-day 1-night vacation voucher at a 5-star resort in Cat Ba Island, valued at up to 5,000,000 VND.

• First Prize: Awarded to the entry with the second-highest total score.

  • In the event of a tie, the prize will be awarded to the entry submitted earlier.

  • Quantity: 01

  • Gift: 01 carton of Hai Phong Cot Den Pate (48 boxes/carton), valued at up to 1,300,000 VND.

• Favorite Prize: Awarded to entries with high interaction counts and popularity.

  • In the event of a tie, the prize will be awarded to the entry submitted earlier.

  • Quantity: 10

  • Gift: 10 boxes of Hai Phong Cot Den Pate per prize, valued at up to 300,000 VND.

6. Responsibilities and Rights of the Organizing Committee (BTC)

Responsibilities of the Organizing Committee:

• Receive, review, and publish entries within 24 hours of submission by contestants.

• Post the entries on the fanpage of “Đồ Hộp Hạ Long – Ha Long Canfoco J.S.C” and provide the entry ID and post link to contestants via their registered email after publishing.

• Ensure the confidentiality of contestants’ personal information, including phone number, email, and address.

• Ensure the competition is fair and transparent for all participants.

Rights of the Organizing Committee:

• The Organizing Committee has the right to reject and remove entries that show signs of fraud or violate competition rules.

• The right to use contestants’ images and information for communication purposes without prior notice and without incurring any additional costs.

• If any issues arise before, during, or after the competition that are outside the existing rules, the Organizing Committee holds the full right to discuss and make a resolution decision. When necessary, the Organizing Committee may adjust or supplement the competition rules to fit actual circumstances without prior notice and without requiring the contestants’ consent.

• In the event of a dispute, the final decision rests with the Organizing Committee.

7. Responsibilities and Rights of Contestants

Responsibilities of Contestants:

• Ensure compliance with all regulations set by the Organizing Committee.

• Ensure honesty and no fraud throughout the competition process. In cases of fraud, the Organizing Committee has the right to cancel the results and disqualification.

Rights of Contestants:

• Receive consultation, acceptance, and publication of valid entries.

• Receive prizes according to the rules set by the Organizing Committee.
